This is a non-smoking unit. Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. • Pet acceptance is at owners discretion based upon breed and temperament and may require additional deposit • Must have rabies tag, flea/tick treatment up to date • One pet up to 45lbs allowed • Pet must be house-trained • Guests must clean up all pet waste from the yard immediately • Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture unless covered • Pets may not be left unattended unless crated • Any accidents inside must be cleaned immediately • Excessive barking or disturbance to neighbors is not permitted Additional Cleaning Guests may be charged an additional cleaning fee if excessive pet hair, odors, stains, or damage occur. Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
